This site allows you to apply for placement in selective high schools and opportunity classes for high potential and gifted students while applications are open.
The parent who lives at the same address as the child for most of the time should submit the application.

For Year 7 entry in 2025, applications open on 9 October and close on 20 November 2023. Read about the placement process.
For Year 7 entry in 2024, the reserve list is active until the end of Term 1 in 2024. Appeals outcomes are sent on 31 October.
For Year 5 entry in 2024, the Opportunity Class Placement Test was conducted on 27 July 2023. Placement outcomes are expected to be released on 20 October 2023.
